问荆合剂对II型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型IL-1β、TNF-α及滑膜的影响

摘　　要：目的研究问荆合剂对II型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型IL-1β和TNF-α及滑膜的影响。方法采用II型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型,以雷公藤多苷作对照,通过对大鼠的关节肿胀指数、外周血IL-1β和TNF-α和关节滑膜的病理变化及含药血清对滑膜细胞增殖的观察,探讨问荆合剂治疗类风湿关节炎的部分作用机理。结果问荆合剂能显著减轻大鼠关节肿胀指数、显著降低外周血IL-1β和TNF-α、减轻关节滑膜病理改变、抑制滑膜细胞的增殖。结论问荆合剂抑制IL-1β和TNF-α及抑制滑膜细胞的增殖是其治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机理之一。To study the mechanism of the effect of ＂Wenjing Mixture＂ on rheumatoid arthritis, we observed the index of swollen joints, the level of IL-1β and TNF-α in peripheral blood, pathological changes of synovial ceils and proliferation test of synovial cells effeeted by serum containing medicine in collagen Ⅱ induced arthritis rat model, which used medicine Tripterygium glycosidas（TG） as positive control. Results： The index of swollen joints, the level of IL-1β and TNF-α in peripheral blood were significantly decreased; pathological changes of synovial cells were alleviated and proliferation of synovial cells were inhibited. The results suggested that ＂Wenjing Mixture＂ can inhibit the level of IL-1β, TNF-α and proliferation of synovial cells, which may be the mechanism of the effect of ＂Wenjing Mixture＂ in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
