摘 要:目的提取九州虫草中黄酮类化合物,并对提取物进行初步的定性和定量分析。方法通过正交实验探索乙醇回流法提取九州虫草中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,在此基础上对九州虫草和冬虫夏草中黄酮类化合物进行分离提取,并进行定性研究,采用紫外分光光度法检测提取物中总黄酮类化合物的含量。结果九州虫草中黄酮类化合物最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%,料液比1:4(0g/ml),回流时间3h,提取温度80℃,最高得率为3.730mg/g。九州虫草和冬虫夏草全草干粉的黄酮类化合物提取得率分别为3.730mg/g、1.895mg/g。结论乙醇回流法提取九州虫草中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺,数据可靠,具有良好的重复性,且定性研究方法简便易行。首次报道了九州虫草较冬虫夏草含有更多的黄酮类化合物,从而为寻找冬虫夏草的替代品提供数据参考。Objective To distill the flavones from Cordyceps kyushuensis Kob, then basically determine the quality and quantity of these flavones,and study the prime craftwork of the ethanol refluence in distilling the flavone from Cordyceps kyushuensis Kob. Methods Optimize the prime craftwork of the ethanol refluence by factorial and orthogonal test. On the basis of this condition,the flavones are distilled from Cordyceps kyushuensis Kob and Cordyceps sinensis,then qualified and quantified by spectrophotometry. Results The concentration of ethanol , 80% ; ratio of material and liquor, 1:25;time of refluence,3h;temperature of the distillation,80℃;the highest ratio of attention,Cordyceps sinensis 1.895mg/g,Cordyceps kyushuensis Koh 3.730mg/g. Condusion The prime craftwork of the ethanol refluence is acquired; the results show that this way is fit to distill flavones in the lab because of its simple craftwork,good repetition and low consumption. It is reported that Cordyceps kyushuensis Kob consists of more flavones than Cordyceps sinensis for the first time.
