摘  要:对12种苜蓿种子在氯化钠不同浓度溶液处理下的种子萌发及幼苗进行耐盐性研究,观察其发芽率、苗高、根长,计算发芽指数、活力指数。结果表明,这12种苜蓿品种中,其中耐盐能力最强的为Pob loNC;其次为DK 127、DK 143、WL-323;耐盐力中等的为DK 124、DK 140、m aya、ABOUND;较差的为DK 120、DK 134、DK 141,最差的为德贝。同时供试苜蓿种子发芽率、发芽指数、苗高、活力指数与盐浓度呈显著至极显著负相关性,建议在牧草种子阶段进行耐盐性评价时,可以选择这几项指标进行耐盐性鉴定。Alfalfa seeds of 12 varieties were treated with NaCI solutions of different concentrations, and the germination percentage, shoot length, root length , germination index, vigor index were measured to determine the effect of salt stress on germination of alfalfa seeds. The results showed the best one was PobloNC ; The next were in turn DK 127.DK 143,WL-323; The middle were DK 124,DK 140,maya.ABOUND;The lower one was Debei. And salt concentration was significantly negative related to the seed germinating rate, the germination index, and the shoot length, vigour index respectively. It was summarized that the seedling' s tolerance of salt concentration, the seed germinating rate, the germination index, and the shoot length, vigour index could be regarded as the physiological index for assessing the level of the seed salt tolerance, So they are suggested to carry on identifing of salt stress.
