120例酒依赖者的心电图分析

摘　　要：目的:了解酒依赖对心电图的影响。方法:对符合CCMD-2关于慢性酒精中毒诊断标准患者120例进行心电图检测,并与90例正常人体检心电图对照。结果:酒依赖患者心电图改变发生率为65.8%,显著高于对照组(27.8%)。酒依赖者的心电图改变顺序为:ST-T改变,左心室高电压,窦性心律失常,期前收缩,传导阻滞。结论:酒依赖可导致较高的心电图异常率。Objective： To understand the influence of alcoholism on ECG. Methods： The ECG of 120 patients with chronic alcohol toxicity in accordance with CCMD - 2 were measured, and the results of which were compared with those of 90 persons under normal health examination. Results： In the alcoholic patients, the change rate of ECG was 65.8%, which was higher than that of the control （27.8%）. The ECG change sequence of the alcoholic patients was： ST - T alters, left - ventride high - voltage, sinus arrhythmias, premature systole and block. Conclusion： Alcoholism can induce high change rate of ECG.
