HG颗粒对DMN肝纤维化大鼠血清透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原、层粘连蛋白及羟脯氨酸含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究HG颗粒对肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis)大鼠血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)及羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量的影响。方法:用DMN腹腔注射建立肝纤维化大鼠模型,分别予HG颗粒、复方鳖甲软肝片灌胃治疗,对照观察药物对DMN肝纤维化模型大鼠血清HA、PCⅢ、LN及Hyp含量的影响。结果:肝纤维化模型大鼠血清HA、PCⅢ、LN及Hyp含量均明显增高。HG颗粒治疗后有明显缓解,综合疗效优于阳性药物对照组。结论:HG颗粒对DMN肝纤维化模型大鼠具有显著的治疗作用。Objective;To study the effect of HG granule on the content of blood serum HA,PCⅢ,LN,Hyp of DMN hepatic fibrosis rats,Methods;Hepatic fibrosis rat models were made through intra-abdominal injection of DMN,They wereteated respectively with HG granule and Compound Biejia Ruangan Pill through stomach-perfusion,And then a contrast observation was made to leam the effect of drugs on the content of blood serum HA,PCⅢ,LN ,Hyp of DMN,hepatic fibrosis raate rised evidently,Hepatic fibrosis had an obvious relief after the treatment by HG granule with a comprehensive therapeutic effect superior to that of the controlled group by positive drugs.Conclusion;HG granule had a remarkable therapeutic effect on DMN hepatic fibrosis model rats.
