摘 要:采用TU-1900紫外-可见分光光度计研究了邻苯二甲酸氢钾(PAP)与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱(CAB)对化学镀液配方吸收光谱带的影响,利用中心组合规则和Statistica 6.0统计软件探讨了PAP、CTAB、CAB对化学镀镍磷沉积速度的影响及其作用机理,表征了镀层的形貌特征。结果表明:芳香反离子对化学镀镍磷体系是一种良好的加速剂;在镀液中加入PAP、CTAB、CAB,都对镀液的光谱曲线产生变形和红移,PAP对镀液的吸光强度及红移与镍磷沉积速度呈正相关性;CAB、CTAB在一定的浓度范围内,加速镍磷沉积速度,当每升基础配方镀液中加入CTAB 2.05 mg,CAB2.23 mg时,两者存在较好的协同作用,获得比单一表面活性剂更高的镀速(18.15μm.h-1),且镀层光亮。The effects of potassium acid phthalate (PAP), cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CRAB) and cocoanut acylamide propyl hydroxyl sulfo - betaine (CAB) on the UV - visible absorption spectra of formulation of chemical plating bath were studied using TU - 1900 UV - vis. Based upon the principle of three level experimental design as proposed by Box and Bihnken, the interaction mechanism and the effects of PAP, CTAB and CAB on nickel - phosphorus deposition rate were analyzed with software Statistica 6.0, and the plating layer micromorphology was characterized. The results showed that aromatic counter ion was a good accelerating agent in Ni - P chemical plating; and all the addition of PAP, CTAB or CAB will result in red shift and deformation of absorption spectra of the chemical plating bath. PAP shows positive correlation on absorption intensity and red shift of the plating bath as well as Ni - P deposition rate. Within a certain concentration range, CAB or CTAB will accelerate Ni - P deposition rate. There is synergetic effect when the addition of CTAB is 2.05 mg, and CAB is 2.23 mg respectively in one liter of the plating bath, and a higher Ni - P deposition rate (18.15 μm·h^-1) with a brilliant plating layer can be obtained.
