摘 要:从区域水资源复合系统出发,建立水资源支撑区域可持续发展的多层次评价体系,并对评价方法进行研究,以系统的发展系数、协调系数、公平系数综合反映区域可持续发展状况.以海南省水资源综合规划为例,对区域各规划水平年的发展进行可持续性的定量评价,结果表明该评价体系合理、可行.The regional water resources were regarded as a composite system consisting of water resources subsystem, social economic subsystem and environment subsystem. A multi-hierarchy evaluation system for sustainable development of regional water resources was established. With the development coefficient, harmonious coefficient, and fair coefficient reflecting the state of sustainable development of regional water resources, the evaluation method was studied. With the comprehensive planning of water resources for Hainan Province taken as a case study, a quantitative evaluation of regional water resources sustainable development was performed for each planned year, and the result shows that the evaluation system is reasonable and feasible.
