摘 要:在给定裂纹尺寸和载荷条件以及材料的力学性能的情况下,根据欧洲共同体提出的结构完整性评定方法(SINTAP),针对高匹配API5LX65管线钢焊接接头焊趾处的表面裂纹进行安全评定,用极限载荷法和CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)试验结果进行评定。同时根据母材和全焊缝拉伸试验结果,建立高匹配X65管线钢焊接接头的二级评定曲线。评定结果表明,在采用二级评定时,评定点在评定曲线范围内,说明该结构是安全的。将SINTAP安全评定方法应用于高匹配焊接管道结构,将为SINTAP在国内管道结构安全评定中的应用奠定基础。For given crack size and load, structure integrity assessment procedure (SINTAP) sponsored by the European Commission was applied to assess the overmatching welded joints of the API 5L X65 pipeline steel with surface flaw at the weld toe. The assessment was carried out according to limit load solutions and the CTOD (crack tip opening displacement) test result. The failure line of level 2 of the weld was derived from the tensile test results. The result of the assessment showed that the point (Lr, Kr) is located within the failure line of analysis level 2. So the overmatching welded joint of the pipeline is safe. This study laid the foundation of application of SINTAP to pipeline structure assessment.
