摘  要:介绍了新颖的未来的卫星抄表技术,它利用卫星通信来实现抄表数据和命令的传输,实现了抄表过程的完全自动化,足不出户就能完成抄表任务,彻底解决了传统人工抄表和IC卡抄表技术的缺陷,也明显优于目前的无线抄表等技术。系统允许随时调整能源价格表并对每一台用户分机存储的价格表进行远程更新,更适应灵活的市场机制。文章阐述了卫星抄表的原理、组网方案、系统集成方案以及相对于其他抄表技术的经济效益对比等。Present a novel future meter-reading system via satellite. In this system, the meter-reading data and commands are transmitted by means of the satellite communication. This technology can realize the absolute automatic meter-reading. The meter-reading task can be completed without leaving home. Thus the limitations of traditional meter-reading methods by manpower or IC card system are fully resolved. Besides, it is also superior to the actual meter-reading wirelessly system and other methods. This novel system permits adjusting the energy prices lists at any moment and updating the prices lists stored in every user-extension remotely, so it is fit for the market economy. The principle, net organizing scheme, system integration scheme and economy benefit comparison with other meter-reading methods of the satellite meter-reading systems are illustrated.
