摘　　要：北京中环世贸中心工程体量大,工期紧,质量标准高,由于设计改变引起荷载变化,要求在对基础结构进行加固的同时施工上部主体结构,为此采用预应力卸载施工技术,并对其进行数字化监控。通过采取一系列技术措施,做到施工成本低,操作简单,保证了施工质量及进度,降低了安全风险。In Beijing Zhonghuan World Trade Center Project, a project of big quantity, short construction period and high quality requirements, due to the load changes caused by design variation, foundation reinforcement and main body construction must be carried out at the same time. Pre-stress unloading technique with digital monitoring was therefore adopted. A series of technical measures were taken to cut down construction costs, facilitate the construction, ensure the project quality and schedule and reduce construction risks.
