摘  要:以小麦核质互作雄性不育(CMS)和化学杂交剂(CHA)诱导的雄性不育为材料,应用ELISA 方法,研究了雄性不育与内源激素含量的关系。结果表明 T 型、K 型 CMS 和 BAU2、SC2053两种 CHA 诱导的雄性不育均与 IAA 含量降低有关。T 型、K 型 CMS 不育花药内 ABA、ZR 和 DHZR 含量较保持系增加;而 CHA 诱导的雄性不育 ABA 含量随小孢子发育较对照降低,ZR 含量较对照降低,DHZR 含量较对照增加。内源激素含量变化的不同也表明 CMS 和 CHA 两种不育机制的不同。The relationship between endogenous hormones,IAA,ABA,ZR and DHZR,and CMS and CHA induced male sterility in wheat(Triticum aestivum)were studied by using ELISA method.An- thers of male sterility lines and their maintainer or CK were collected at three different development peri- ods,qurdrant to mononucleate pollen,binucleate to trinucleate pollen,mature pollen,for testing.The re- sults indicated that both CMS,T-male sterility with cytoplasm T.Timopheevi and K-male sterility with Ae.kotschyi cytoplasm and two kinds of CHA,BAU2 and SC2053,induced male sterility shown realtive lower IAA contents comparing with their maintainer lines or CK.The contents of ABA,ZR and DHZR were relative higher in both CMS but only DHZR in CHA induced male sterility.The contents of ABA and ZR were relative lower in CHA induced male steriltiy.The results indicated also that the sterile machnis- mus of CMS and CHA induced may be different.
