摘　　要：文章通过对民营企业融资困难的主要障碍———信用缺失的成因剖析,提出通过有效保护私有产权,依法规范政府行为,培育信用中介机构,加强信用文化建设等策略,消除民营企业融资的信用障碍。Credit absence is the major problem for the financing of private enterprises. This article is meant to address to this problem by such strategies as protecting the private property effectively, regulating the government actions, developing credit agencies and cultivating credit culture, based on the analysis of the cause of it.
