摘  要:目的研究翻白草对糖尿病大鼠血管内皮细胞一氧化氮合酶(NOS)表达的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后,给予翻白草水煎液灌胃,连续给药4周;采用组织化学技术和图像分析系统检测血管内皮细胞NOS活性。结果翻白草组大鼠血管内皮细胞NOS平均吸光度值显著高于模型对照组和实验对照组(P<0.01),与正常对照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论翻白草能有效防止NOS的破坏,提高NOS的活性,提示其对血管内皮细胞有一定的保护作用。Objective To study the effect of Potentilla Discolour Bunge (PDB) on the NOS expression of the vascular endothelial cells (VEC) of DM rats. Methods The DM rat model was established by alloxan injected, and then the rats were treated with herb of PDB for 4 weeks continuously. The NOS expression of VEC were assayed by histochemistry method and image analysis system. Result NOS OD value of the PDB group was higher than that of model group and Glibenclamide group (P〈0.01), and very close to the value of the control group. Conclusion PDB can effectively prevent the damage of NOS and improve its activity, thus it has some protective effects to VEC.
