摘 要:目的:观察钩藤散对大鼠脑血管梗塞模型的影响,探讨其治疗血管性痴呆的作用机理。方法:采用颈内动脉注射同种血栓致大鼠脑梗塞,观察各组死亡率、神经行为学分级、脑组织损害情况、血清SOD、MDA、NO等的变化。结果:钩藤散能显著降低脑梗塞大鼠死亡率,改善脑梗塞大鼠的神经行为,有效降低脑梗塞大鼠的脑组织损害程度,同时能提高SOD活性、降低MDA、NO含量。结论:钩藤散能增强脑梗塞大鼠的抗氧化酶的活力,增强清除自由基的能力,保护大鼠栓塞后脑组织的缺血损伤,改善肢体运动和协调功能,降低大鼠的早期死亡率,说明钩藤散对大鼠脑梗塞模型有较好的治疗作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Goutengsan on the cerebral infarction models in rats and discuss the mechanism of the power on the treatment of vascular dementia,Methods:The rats' models of yascular dementia were established by injecting emboli in internal carotid artery.The death rate,the neurological deficits score and pathological changes of each group were determined,the content of SOD,MDA and NO in brain tissue and blood serum were measured after treatment.Results:The death rate and the neurological deficits of the treatment group were decreased,as well as the content of MDA,but the contents of SOD and NO were increased.Conclusion:Goutengsan could improve the activity of anti-oxidase enzyme and increase the ablity of cleaning free radical presented in the blood of cerbral infarction model rats,which contribute to decrease rats' brain damages due to ischemia.As a result,Goutengsan could ameliorate extremities functions such as action and coordination,and reduce rats' early mortality.It is concluded Goutengsan can effectively eure cerebral infarction on model rats.
