摘　　要：新形势下高校技术物资工作应从高校技术物资归口管理部门的地位和职能的实际出发,正确处理管理与服务的关系,做好技术物资供应和管理。The paper first makes an investigation of the position and functions of the department which manages technology assets in colleges and universities under the new situation. Then it gives a discussion on how to deal with the relationship between management and service correctly and how to supply and manage the technology assets.Finally it directs a way to improve the technology assets work in colleges and universities.
