摘  要:目的探讨活血潜阳颗粒控制血压、逆转高血压左心室肥厚的作用及其机制。方法以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为高血压及高血压左心室肥厚模型,随机分为活血潜阳颗粒大、中、小剂量组,卡托普利组,松龄血脉康组,双蒸水组;并以WKY大鼠为正常对照组。检测大鼠尾动脉收缩压(SBP)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)、心肌细胞横径(TDM)及24h尿液中儿茶酚胺含量。结果①与WKY大鼠相比,SHR双蒸水组SBP、LVMI、TDM值显著升高;活血潜阳颗粒大、中剂量可显著降低SBP、LVMI及减小TDM,与松龄血脉康组对比,大剂量活血潜阳颗粒SBP显著降低,其余无明显差异,但降低值明显不及卡托普利组。②与WKY大鼠相比,SHR双蒸水组尿液中去甲肾上腺素(NA)、肾上腺素(A)、多巴胺(DA)的含量升高,其中NA有显著差异性;活血潜阳颗粒可显著降低尿液中NA、A的含量,呈一定量效关系,对DA的含量影响不明显,与松龄血脉康组相比,差异无显著性,但NA、A、DA的含量明显不及卡托普利组低。结论活血潜阳颗粒可逆转SHR左心室肥厚,其作用机制可能与降低血液循环中NA、A的含量有关。Objective To study the effect of "Huoxue Qianyang Granule"(HXQY)on the blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)of spontaneous hypertensive rats and its mechanisms.Methods Taking SHR for animal model of hypertension and LVH, divided into 7 groups at random: distilled water, Song-ling-xue-mai kang(SLXMK),Captopril, large or middle or little dosage HXQY and WKY used as a normal group. The blood pressure, left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and transdiameter of cardiomyocyte (TDM) on sections of the left ventricular mid-free wall were measured. The amounts of noradrenalin(NA),adrenalin(A)and dopamine(DA)in 24-hour urine were checked by HPLC.Results Blood pressure, LVMI and TDM,NA,A and DA of 24h urine in SHR were increased in contrast with WKYo HXQY can control the elevation of blood pressure, decrease LVMI and TDM,descend NA and A remarkably,but no influence DA;SBP of large dosage HXQY was lower than SLXMK,the other no marked difference between HXQY and SLXMK;all of them were remarkable higher than Captopril.Conclusion HXQY can control the blood pressure,reverse left ventricular hypertrophy by decreasing Na and A in plasma of SHR.
