摘　　要：探讨了临床实验室质量管理与检查结果互认问题。认为检验质量的内涵是随着临床要求而不断丰富的;要将检验质量提高到一个新水平,就要解决质量管理水平不平衡问题、标准化管理、检测系统的有效性和完整性、加强质量保证工作、加强与临床沟通等问题。同时,医疗机构的支持与帮助十分重要。The article discussed about the clinical laboratory quality management and results inter-accreditation. The intension of examination quality was enriched by the medical development. It was important to ameliorate the imbalance of quality management, normalize management, keep the examination system effectively and integrally, strengthen quality assurance and clinical communication to improve the examination quality as well as the hospital＇s sustainment.
