摘　　要：探讨了临床实验室质量管理的重要性、具体操作及成本和临床实验室管理的整体效益问题。认为质量是临床实验室生存的目的, 效益是临床实验室生存的基础。实验室应在考虑利益、成本和风险的基础上使质量最佳化。The paper introduced some of the operational specifications of clinical examination laboratory and emphasized the importance of its quality management. The cost benefit of quality management was analyzed. The author accounted that quality was the goal of clinical laboratory, benefit was its foundation. So it should pursue the best quality based on the conditions of cost, benefit and risk.
