摘　　要：循证医学是20世纪国际临床领域出现的一门新兴学科,它提出了一种以科学证据为基础的崭新的医学模式。在我国临床医院, 循证医学的概念正在由实践探索逐步向推广普及发展。本文就循证医学概念及医院图书馆在循证医学环境中如何应对新技术新概念的挑战等问题进行了探讨。Evidence based medicine was a new subject which decision making based on medical evidence in 20th century. The conception of evidence based medicine was spreading rapidly in China. The article discussed the conception of evidence based medicine and its applications in hospital library firstly and explored the hospital library how to deal with the challenges of new technologies and new conceptions in evidence based medicine environment.
