摘　　要：目的规范医疗、护理程序和诊疗行为,减少重复劳动,提高医疗质量和工作效率,使病人获得最佳护理服务。方法对肾病中心454名病人实施肾脏穿刺活检术临床路径。结果肾脏穿刺病人平均住院天数和平均住院费用降低,病人满意度提高。结论实施临床路径能提高肾脏穿刺活检术的质量和效率。To standardize the procedures of treatment and nursing and the behaviors of diagnosis and treatment, reduce the repeated labour, improve the quality of treatment and working efficiency, and offer the best medical services for hospitalized patients. Method The clinical pathway of renal biopsy was applied in 454 hospitalized patients in the Nephrology Center. Results The average hospitalization days and the medical expense was reduced. The patients＇ satisfaction was raised as well. Conclusion The clinical pathway could improve the quality and efficiency of renal biopsy.
