灰飞虱体内沃尔巴克氏体生物学特性及其利用展望

摘　　要：灰飞虱既是传播水稻条纹叶枯病毒的媒介昆虫,也是我国水稻上的主要害虫。Wolbachia是存在于飞虱等多种昆虫体内的一类共生菌,它们能通过多种机制调节寄主的生殖,包括诱导细胞质不亲和、孤雌生殖和遗传上的雄性雌性化等。目前对这类微生物的研究已取得了重要进展。本文综述了Wolbachia在灰飞虱体内的分布、传播方式及其对灰飞虱种群的影响,并初步探讨了利用其生物防治的可能性。Small brown planthopper is the major vector of rice stripe disease. Wolbachia are the endosymbiont of many insect pests, which have evolved various mechanisms for manipulating reproduction of their hosts to enhance their transmission, including induction of reproductive incompatibility, parthenogenesis and genetic male feminization. Great advances have been made in these microbes. This paper reviews the distribution, transmission model and infection of Wolbachia in Laodelphax striatellus. Their potential for biological control is also discussed.
