摘 要:目的探讨超声实时三平面法左心声学造影临床应用的可行性。方法在20例患者中,经外周静脉弹丸式注射造影剂,进行超声实时三平面法左心声学造影,记录三平面法中各个切面中左室显影等级及造影剂空间分布情况,观察各个节段心肌显影效果。结果20例患者左室显影等级均为3级,造影剂空间分布均匀,心内膜边界显示清晰;所有患者左室壁心肌均获得了满意的显影效果。结论临床应用超声实时三平面法进行左心声学造影,能从多个切面和角度同时观察心腔和心肌造影的效果。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of clinical application of the left heart contrast echocardiography by realtime tri-plane imaging (RT-3PI). Methods Using intravenous pill injection of fluorocarbon contrast agent, the left heart contrast echocardiography by RT-3PI was performed in 20 patients. The left heart opacification grades and contrast agent perfusions in myocardium of the left ventricle were observed. Results The left heart opacification grade in all 20 patients was grade 3. The endomyocardium of the left ventricle was clearly visualized with enhanced contrast agent. The myocardial contrast agent perfusion of left ventricular walls in all 20 patients was satisfied. Conclusion The left heart contrast echocardiography was very useful in simultaneous observation of myocardium and cardiac chambers from multi-plane and multi-angle.
