摘  要:合成了新试剂4,4'-二硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(简称DNBDAA),并研究了在Triton X-100存在下其与镉的显色反应.在pH 8.5的Na2B4O7-HCl缓冲介质中,Cd(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1:2的红色配合物,最大吸收波长为524 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.66×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,镉质量浓度在0~0.7μg/mL范围内服从比耳定律.方法已用于废水中微量镉的直接测定.The synthesis of a new reagent 4,4'-dinitrobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene (DNBDAA) and its colour reaction with cadmium( Ⅱ ) were studied. In the presence of Triton X-100, Cd( Ⅱ ) reacted with DNBDAA to form a red complex with molor ratio of 1:2 in a medium of Borax-HCl buffer of pH 8.5. Its apparent molor absorptivity is 1.66×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at the maximium absorption of 524 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0 - 0.7 μg/mL for Cd( Ⅱ). The method has high sensitivity and good selccttivity. It has been applied to the determination of cadmium directly in waste water with satisfactory results.
