摘　　要：采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了柴胡中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca的含量。加标回收率在96.8%—103.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.9%。方法重现性好,结果准确。为研究金属元素在柴胡中的含量与药效的关系提供了有用的数据。Metallic elements such as Cu, Zn, Fe, Mg and Ca were detected in the Bupleurum Chinese DC. by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The recovery in standard addition are in the range of 96. 8%-104.0% with RSD less than 1.9%. The method is rapid and accurate. The results provide a useful data for studying the relationship between the contents of these elements and the medical effects.
