摘　　要：目的探讨一种比较可靠的治疗陈旧性锤状指畸形的手术方法。方法设计并应用移植掌长肌腱腱片重建终腱的手术方法,14年来对80例陈旧性锤状指畸形患者实施手术。手术要点是注意掌长肌腱重建终腱解剖结构和生物力学的平衡。结果:术后随访1-11年,按照Patel评价体系评定,优 18例,良57例,中4例,差1例,总优良率为93．75％。患者对手指功能及外形均满意。结论移植掌长肌腱腱片重建终腱是治疗陈旧性锤状指的有效方法。Objective To introduce a surgical procedure for treatment of chronic mallet finger deformity with reliable results. Methods A piece of palmaris longns tendon was used to reconstruct the terminal tendon of the extensor apparatus. Great attention is paid to restoration of the anatomical construction and the biomechanical balance of terminal band. 80 cases with chronic mallet finger deformity were treated by this method in past 14 years. Their results were reviewed. Results Postoperatively the patients were followed for 1 to 11 years. According to Patel＇ s evaluation standard, there were 18 cases graded as excellent, 57 cases as good, 4 cases as fair, and 1 case as poor. The excellent and good rate was 93.75%. The patients were satisfied with the function and appearance of the fingers. Conclusion Restoring anatomical construction and biomechanical balance of the terminal band of the extensor apparatus by palmaris longns tendon graft is an effective surgical method to treat chronic mallet finger.
