体外培养雪旺氏细胞纯化方法的探讨

摘　　要：本文比较了雪旺氏细胞体外培养的主要纯化方法,单纯酶消化法、阿糖胞苷抑制法、差速贴壁分离法、低浓度酶传代法、综合纯化法,以寻找有效的纯化方法。结果显示,综合纯化法获得的SCs纯度最高。Cultured Schwann cells in vitro could be purified by enzymatic disgestion,Ara-C inhibition,seperating according to differential cell adhesion, transferring under low enzyme concentration, composite purification. Methords mentioned above were compared in this article to seek for an effective one, highest purity was obtained by the composite purification.
