摘  要:胸腺对机体免疫功能起着不可替代的作用,胸腺细胞的分化发育成熟过程接受神经内分泌调控,神经内分泌影响胸腺细胞增殖。激素和神经肽受体在胸腺细胞上表达,参与调控胸腺内分泌功能,本文对神经内分泌对胸腺细胞分化发育的影响及其可能的机制进行了讨论。Thymus is the unique lymphoid organ responsible for the generation of a diverse repertoire of T lymphocytes that are important for the establishment and exertion of organism's immune function. Many data demonstrate that differentiation and development of T cells in thymus were controlled by neuroendocrine. In this review, we summarize that the influence and mechanism of neuroendocrine system on the differentiation and development of thymus T lymphocyte, including expression of hormone and neuropeptide receptors in thymus, control of hormone and neuropeptide on the thymic endocrine function, influence of neuroendocrine the proliferation of thymic cells and modulatien on the intrathymic T cell differentiation.
