摘　　要：阴茎包皮系带是一种能引起高度性快感的“V”形结构,其内富含由阴茎背神经和会阴神经的感觉神经终末及形成的特化的神经小体,是男性阴茎部位中极敏感的区域。包皮系带接受躯体神经和自主神经双重支配,躯体神经来自于阴茎背神经和会阴神经,自主神经来自于盆丛。阴茎背神经和会阴神经参与阴茎勃起的性反射活动,且内含有大量氮能和肽能神经纤维,参与阴茎伤害性信息的传递。The penile frenulum is a highly erogenous V-shaped structure, which contains abundant sensory nerve terminals and a richer variety and a greater number of specialized nerve corpuscles formed by penile dorsal nerve and perinesl nerve. Therefore, it is regarded as a very sensitive area on the male penis. The frenulum is innervated both by somatic and autonomic nerves, the somatic nerve is derived from the penile dorsal nerve and the perineal nerve, the autonomic nerve comes from pelvic plexus. The penile dorsal nerve and the perineal nerve innervate penile electile reflex activity, and possess a great number of nitrergic and peptidergic nerve fibers, and participate in the transmission of traumatic information of penis.
