不同地区人肺、肝组织中镍含量的研究

摘　　要：采用电化学方法对北京和甘肃金川地区采集的１０５份肺、肝组织样品（非癌组织７８份、癌组织２７份）进行了测定，得出有意义的结果，发现了地区之间和肺、肝样品之间的差异。ore than one hundred liver and lung organ sam-ples were collected in Beijing(control region)andJinchuan(nickel exposure region),and the nickel con-tents were analyzed using voItametric method.TheresuIts showed that significant variation(P<0.01)existed between the samples conected from Jinchuan and thosc from Beijing, and contcnt,variation alsoexisted between the liver and lting organ collected innickel exposure region(p<0.05).in addition,thenickle contents in cancer organ ashes showed great variation
