摘　　要：综合教学楼工程在河北北方学院新校区东区建设中地位举足轻重,通过对该工程主要应用的三项新技术措施的先进性和经济合理性分析,得出质量保证、工期提前的物质基础.项目管理班子采用的组织管理措施是技术措施实现的决定性因素.The comprehensive teaching building project is of pivotal importance in the construction of east part of Hebei North University＇s new school area. By analyzing the advanced quality and economical rationality of the three new technologies applied in this project, the paper draws the conclusion that the three new technologies are the material base of project quality and project limit shortening. The organization management measures, taken by the project management group, is the determining factor of the realization of the technologies.
