盆炎康合剂对抗热休克蛋白60抗体阳性的慢性盆腔炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察盆炎康合剂对抗热休克蛋白60抗体阳性的慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将63例患者随机分为盆炎康组和盆炎康加阿奇霉素组。观察治疗前后患者症状、体征、血清H-HSP60抗体IgG、宫颈黏液CT的变化。结果:两组临床综合疗效比较无显著性差异;两组治疗前后血清H-HSP60IgG浓度比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而组间比较无显著性差异。两组治疗后宫颈分泌物CT转阴率比较,盆炎康加阿奇霉素组为100%,盆炎康组为61.54%,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:两组均可改善和消除慢性盆腔炎患者的临床症状和体征,在治疗下生殖道CT感染中,盆炎康合剂加阿奇霉素联合治疗较单纯中药治疗更为有效。Objective： To observe clinic effects of PID-treatment composition on chronic PID of anti-heat shock protein 60 antibody positive. Methods： 63 patients were randomized into A group（n=32,treated by PID-treatment composition） and B group （n=31, treated by PID-treatment composition and Azithromycin）.Then to observe the changes of patients, symptoms, signs, serum H-HSP60 antibody IgG and cervical mucus CT. Results： The total effective rates of two groups haven＇t significant difference. The IgG concentrations of every group＇s patients were decreased significantly after treatment, but there is no significant difference between its of two groups. The rate of cervical mucus CT positive to negative is 100% in B group and it is 61.54% in A group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Both PID-treatment composition and combined therapy can effectively eliminate or improve the clinic signs and symptoms of patients. And in treatment of infra-genital tract CT infection, combined therapy is more effective than PID-treatment composition.
