亲属脾移植治疗血友病甲长期存活的追踪报道

摘　　要：本文对我所1989年以来施行的4例亲属脾移植治疗血友病甲的长期存活情况作了追踪报道。4例中3例为母亲供脾,1例为父亲供脾,均获得了满意的疗效。1年内Ⅷ:C 水平明显上升,1年后仍能显著改善患者的临床出血症状,后3例患者至今移植脾保持有功能,最长者达4年,创下了脾移植最佳世界纪录。This paper reports four cases of living related splenic transplantation for the treat- ment of hemophilia A,performed since 1989.Three cases were mother to son,and one father to son.The good results have been achieved in all four cases.After the transplants,the Ⅷ:C levels rose significantly for more than one year.The clinical phenomena of bleeding reduced markedly af- terward.Up to now,three grafts still functionally survived,and the longest one was over four years.These are the best record in the world.
