摘  要:本文应用反相高效液相色谱法,以萘为内标,建立了测定依普黄酮含量的方法,用μBondapakC_(18),10μm色谱柱,甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,M990光电二极管阵列检测器,246nm检测。在0.01~0.40mg/ml范围内,峰面积比与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率为(100.2±1)%,方法简便、准确、灵敏。A simple. accurate and sensitive method for the determination of ipriflavone was developed. The quantification of ipriflavone was carried out by a reversed-phase HPLC using μBondapak C_(18) column and methanol-water (75 : 25) as the mobile phase. Waters 990 photodiode array detector was used for the detection of eluates at 246nm. Excellent linearity between peak areas and concentrations of ipriflavone was obtained in the concentration range of 0. 01~0. 4 mg/ml. Naphthalene was employed as the internal standard.
