摘　　要：近年来，国家外汇管理局在不断加强对银行代客结售汇业务管理的同时，也在逐步明确和完善对银行自身结售汇业务的管理。该文主要从日常业务办理过程中发现的一些问题入手，结合当前新的经济金融形势下银行外汇业务的发展需求，来探讨进一步完善银行自身结售汇管理的思路。In recent years the State Administration of Foreign Exchange has strengthened the administration of banks＇ agent FX sale and purchase business, while at the same time, has also gradually clarified and improved the administration on banks＇ principal FX sale and purchase business. Starting with a discussion of the problems arising from daily operations, this paper takes into consideration the requirements of banks＇ FX business development under current economic and financial conditions, and offers ideas to further improve the administration on banks＇ principal FX sale and purchase business.
