摘 要:本研究用人群实验,探讨了寒冷条件下,高脂膳食和维生素E对人红细胞膜Na,K一ATPase活性和血浆脂质过氧化的影响,分析了酶活性与血浆MDA间的关系。结果表明:摄入35%(产能量比)高脂膳食15天后,人红细胞膜Na,K一ATPase活性显著高于12%膳食脂肪组(P<0.05),血浆MDA含量比实验前略有降低。高脂膳食同时每天补充200mg维生素E组,Na,K一ATPase活性比单纯高脂膳食组明显升高(P<0.05),而血浆MDA含量则比实验前显著降低(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,各组实验前后酶活性与MDA含量问均呈负相关。由此可见,高脂膳食和VE均能使人红细胞膜Na,K一ATPase活性升高;VE可降低血浆中MDA含量。MDA与Na,K一ATPase呈负相关。推测可能是脂肪和VE通过保护细胞膜引起了酶活性升高。or the elucidation of the effect of dietary fat and vitamin E on cold一exposed people we investigatetl the activity of erythrocytic(RBC)membr-ane Na,K一ATpase and the level of LPO product MDA in the plasma,60recruits in cold area were randomized into three groups: 12%of calories(LF),35%of calories(HF)and 35%of calorie from fat and oil and200mg/day of Vh(HFE).5ml venous blood were drawn from each personfor the measurement of the RBC membrane Na,K-ATPase activity and the level of MDA in the plasma on the first day of their arrival to the cold area and the fifteenth day after providingthe experimental diets.The ac一tivity of RBC membrane Na,K-ATPase of all groups was obviously incr-eased(LF 0.2103±0.1067/0.3446±0.1439,HF0.2069±0.1328/0.5504±0.2647,HFE 0.1862 ±0.1216/0.7219±0.2190μmol·mg prot-1·h-1. The increment in HFE was the highest and that in HF was higher than that in LF. In the same time,the levcl of MDA was lower than that before the trial especialy in HFE.Negative correlation was found between the Na,K-ATPase acti-vity and the content of plasma MDA,These findings indicated that either high dietary fat or VE could increased the activity af RBC Na,K-ATPase in cold-exposed human and these changcs related to the change of MDA content in the plasma.
