都可喜治疗老年期脑功能不全的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：都可喜(Duxil)增加动脉血氧,改善脑组织的氧合代谢,促进脑功能恢复。本文总结了都可喜治疗19例老年期脑功能不全病人的近期疗效观察。对治疗前、后的动脉氧分压、智能、生活料理测定进行对比:三项测定均好转者4例(占21％);二项好转者8例(占42％);一项好转者6例(占32％),总有效率达95％。Duxil can increase the oxygen content of cerebral arterial blood, improve the oxygenation of brain tissue and facilitate the recovery of brain function. This article summarized the short-term effects of Duxil on 19 aged patients with brain dysfunction. The partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood (PaO_2) , intelligence and viability were tested both before and after treatment. The result showed that after treatment, 4 cases (21％) improved in all three aspects. 8 cases (42％) in two aspects and 6 cases (30％) improced in one item
