人肺组织内流行性出血热病毒和肺超微结构的形态观察

摘　　要：用病毒分离和电镜超薄切片技术研究了ＥＨＦ尸肺和患ＥＨＦ孕妇流产的胎儿肺组织标本。发现在肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞和血管内皮细胞内有典型的ＥＨＦ病毒颗粒和病毒导致的超微结构病变。The typical EHF virion and its ultramicroscopic changes were found by electronic microscopic examination using ultrathin section of the lung tissue from a clinical dead EHF patients and the fetus from EHF pregnant woman. This study showed that the alveolar epithelial type Ⅱ cells and vascular endothelial cells are main target cells of infected lungs. The typical EHF virus is also isolated from the same lung tissue and confirmed by im munofluorescence.
