摘　　要：针对黑岱沟露天煤矿第一套连续工艺系统长期达不到设计生产能力的问题,对系统中的设备进行了可靠性数据的收集与分析,计算了各台设备的可靠性指标,找出了系统的薄弱环节,并提出了提高设备可靠性的措施。Based on the current situation of the first set of continuous mining system in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine which has not been reaching the design capacity since it put into production, the reliability data of the equipments in the system has been collected and analysed, and the reliability index of the equipments has been calculated, The weakest links has been found. Finally the measures which can increase the reliability of the system. Has been put forward.
