摘　　要：软件过程度量为软件过程管理提供量化数据。过程分析是软件过程度量中的一个重要阶段。文章在研究现有相关理论和技术的基础上提出了将统计过程控制和层次分析方法相结合的软件过程分析方法,并在相关支撑工具中加以实现,从理论和实践两个角度验证了方法的可行性。Software process management gets data of process through software process measurement.Process analysis is one of the important phases of software process measurement.Base on the research of the theories and technologies related,a method based on statistic process control and analytic hierarchy process is given in this paper and implemented in a tool related.Then,the method is proved to be useful in both theory and implement.
