摘 要:Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)-induced lung injury is the most important complication in open cardiac procedures, which affects surgical prognosis directly. During the inflammatory response, interaction between activated leukocytes and endothelial cells is mediated through the expression of three main groups of adhesion molecules: the selectins, the integrins, and the immunoglobulin superfamily. The preventive effect of anti-adhesion on CPB-induced lung injury is supposed to be the farget for farther research.Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)-induced lung injury is the most important complication in open cardiac procedures, which affects surgical prognsis directly.
