中药白花前胡提取液治疗心衰Ⅰ度患者心功能及血浆ANF含量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨白花前胡提取液对CHF的疗效及可能的作用机制。方法:采用临床双盲对照研究方法,在西药常规治疗基础上配合,白花前胡提取液治疗29例,并与单纯西药治疗31例对照。观察白花前胡提取液对心衰度患者心脏超声左室射血分数(EF)、心搏量(SV)、每分心输出量(CO)、舒张早期和晚期充盈速度及其比值(E、A和E/A)、血浆ANF含量的影响。结果:与对照组相比,加用白花前胡提取液治疗组患者超声心动图显示治疗后左室射血分数与早期快速充盈峰值显著提高,心搏量与心输出量增加,心房收缩充盈值减少,患者血浆ANF含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:白花前胡提取液有效改善左室舒缩功能,从而改善机体血液供应,减轻心衰症状,其机制可能与有效降低ANF等分泌有关。Objective：To study the curative effect of Pd-E in treating chronic congestive heart failure and the probable mechanism. Method： The control group （31 cases） were treated only with WM, the treatment group（29 cases） were treated with combined Pd-E and WM. Clinical double blind control study was used to observe the effect of Pd-E on EF,SV,CO,E,A,E/A and plasma ANF of with heart failure. Result：The EF and the peak of early rapid filling phase after treatment were increased significantly. SV and CO were enhanced,and the plasma ANF was declined significantly （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Pd-E can effectively improve the systolic function and diastolic function of the left ventricle and then improve the blood supply of the body and decline, the content of ANF which is possibly one of the therapeutic mechanisms.
