骶管封闭结合腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后残余痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合疗法对腰椎间盘突出症术后残余痛的疗效。方法:骶管封闭(每周1次)配合腹针治疗(每日2次),2周为1疗程。结果:66例中优38例,良16例,可6例,无效6例,优良率为81.8%。结论:骶管封闭结合腹针治疗对腰椎间盘突出症手术后神经根、硬膜无菌性炎症、粘连等引起的多种病症有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of combined TCM and WM in treating postoperative residual pain of lumber Intervertebral disc prolapse. Method ： 66 patients with postoperative resdual pain of lumber Intervertebral disc prolapse were treated with combined sacral canal blocking（once a week） and abdominal acupuncture（twice a day） for 2 weeks. Result：38 cases cured, 16 cases significantly effective, 6 cases effective, 6 cases in effective,the total effective rate was 81.8%. Conclusion：Combined sacral canal blocking and abdominal acupuncture has good effect in treating psotoperative aseptic inflammation and adhesion of nerve root and dura mater of spinal cord in lumbar Intervertebral disc prolapse.
