清热抗感冲剂对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过检测清热抗感冲剂对实验性免疫功能低下小鼠及正常小鼠T细胞亚群与IL-2水平的影响,探讨该冲剂对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:选取昆明种小鼠100只,雌雄各半,其中50只腹腔注射环磷酰胺3mg(0.2mL)/只,每天给药1次,连续7天,造成免疫低下小鼠,然后随机分为模型组、中药对照组(银翘解毒片组)、西药对照组(γ-干扰素组)、清热抗感冲剂小剂量组、大剂量组;其余50只随机分为正常空白对照组(即生理盐水组)、中药对照组、西药对照组、小剂量组、大剂量组。上述各组连续用药3天后,处死,采血及血清,分别采用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群及放免γ-测量仪检测IL-2含量。结果:清热抗感冲剂能显著增加正常小鼠和注射环磷酰胺引起的免疫功能低下小鼠的CD4+T细胞亚群的数量,增高CD4+/CD8+细胞亚群的比值;提高血清中IL-2水平(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:清热抗感冲剂对小鼠细胞免疫功能有明显增强作用。Objective： To observe the influence of QKG on the T cellular subgroups and IL-2 in normal mice and mice with immunodeficiency,so as to study its effect on immune function. Method：100 kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups. 50 mice in one group were given CTX 3 mg （0.2 mL） per mouse by peritoneal injection once a day for seven days. And then they were divided into 5 subgroups ：the model group, TCM control group （given Yingqiao Jiedu Tablets, 银翘解毒片）, WM control group （given γ- IFN） and the low dosage and high dosage QKG treatment groups. 50 mice in the other group were divided into the normal control group,TCM control group,WM control group,low dosage QKG and high dosage QKG groups. All the mice were killed after 3 days. And the T cellular subgroups and IL-2 were detected. Result： QKG could increase the numbers of CD4^＋ cells and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in normal mice and mice with immunodeficiency induced by CTX. And it could increase the serum IL-2 of mice （P 〈 0.01 or P 0.05）. Conclusion： QKG could enhance the cellular immune function of mice.
