摘 要:快速对市场需求作出反应,高效率地为客户提供所需产品的敏捷客户化制造,有利于降低服装企业的库存和成本,提高产品的市场竞争能力。基于服装企业集群实施客户化制造的需求和基础,研究了通过集成与共享服装企业集群的制造资源信息,并利用其整体生产能力优势,实现集群内服装企业制造敏捷性和产品客户化水平的提高,同时提出了适合不同合作基础和条件的服装企业集群敏捷客户化制造的实施模式。Agile and customized manufacturing, which is aimed at quickly responding to market demands and effectively providing products required by individual customers, has many advantages such as reducing the stock level and production cost of garment enterprises and enhancing the market competitive ability of their products. Having analyzed the requirements and foundations of customized manufacturing implementation in garment enterprise clusters, this paper suggests that the manufacturing agility can be realized and customization degree be raised among the garment enterprise cluster by integrating and sharing its manufacturing resources and information and making full use of the superiority of the integrated production. In addtion, execution modes are presented of agile and customized manufacturing for adapting to garment enterprise clusters requiring different cooperation basis and conditions.
