摘　　要：2004年以来决策层实施了收紧土地、信贷从紧、打压房价的房地产新政。地方政府要顺应时代发展,由经营城市向实现协调发展转变,促进房地产业健康发展;房地产企业要积极创新,彻底改变项目操作方式,适应新的游戏规则;房地产中介市场孕育着比较大的机会,中介机构要增强规范经营意识,拓展和深化业务范围,以优质服务赢得市场的广泛认同。Since the year of 2004 , the decision-making strata has implemented the new policy of tightening land, the credit , force down the price of real estate.
