摘  要:目的探讨妊娠晚期孕妇血浆叶酸(FA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与胎儿生长发育的相关性。方法采用放免法及荧光标记免疫法检测82例正常晚孕妇女和15例正常非孕妇女(对照组)血浆Hcy与FA含量,并测量足月新生儿出生时体重、身长、头围指标,计算Rohrer’s身体指数及身长/头围比值。比较不同出生体重组新生儿相关指标并进行相关性分析。结果正常晚孕组血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),FA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。新生儿出生体重与孕妇血浆Hcy水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与FA水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05),孕周与孕妇血浆Hcy水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与FA水平呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论测定妊娠晚期孕妇血浆FA、Hcy水平有重要的优生学意义。Objeetive To explore the relationship between the levels of serum homoeysteine (Hey) and folie acid (FA) in pregnant women at the third trimester of pregnancy and prenatal growth. Methods The levels of serum Hey an FA in 15 normal women (control group) and 85 pregnant women at the third trimester of pregnancy (the observation group) were detected. The parameters of body weight, height, head circumference of the newborns was measured and the Robrer's body index and height/head circumference ratio were calculated. The results were analyzed. Results The level of serum Hey in pregnant women at the third trimester of pregnancy was signifieandy higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05), while the level of FA in the test group was lower than that of the control one ( P 〈 0.01 ). Negative correlation was observed between the body weight of the newborns and the level of Hey in pregnant women (P 〈 0.05) and on the contrary the level of FA showed a negative correlation (P 〈 0.05). There a positive correlation was noticed between the number of weeks of pregnancy and the level of Hey ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The detection of levels of serum Hey and FA in pregnant women at third trimester of pregnancy is of important eugenic significance.
