摘　　要：本文主要用辩证的方法叙述丰富馆藏与优化馆藏的关系,保证数量与质量的统一;熟悉馆藏资源与开发利用的关系,实现管与用的统一。This thesis describes the relation between the increase and the optimization of the storage , the unity of the quantity and the quality , and discusses the relation between the familiarity and the utilization of the storage and how to realize the unity of the management and usage .
