摘　　要：从医学装备的发展和社会的需求出发,提出了医学装备需求“一专多能”复合型人才的观点,同时对医学装备中的“一专多能”提出了自己的看法,并从多方面论述了“一专多能”的重要性和必要性。In this article, we embark from the medicine equipment development and society＇s demand, propose the medicine equipment demand ＂mastered many skills while specializing in one＂ the multi-skill talented person＇s viewpoint, at the same time ＂mastered many skills while specializing in one＂ to the medicine equipment in proposed own view, and from variously elaborated ＂mastered many skills while specializing in one＂ the importance and the necessity.
