摘　　要：有效辐射是指电热元件表面直接对工件表面的辐射，使其强化无疑可使工件加热速度提高，提高生产能力和节能。本文根据辐射换热的基本原理，讨论了强化电阻加热炉有效辐射的途径。The effective radiation means that the heat from heating elements radiate directly onto the surfaces of workpieces being heated .Undoubtedly,the heating rate can be increased if it is enhanced, hence productivity and energy saving can be improved .Based on the principle of radiation transfer,the approach to enhance the effective radiation of electric resistance furnace was explored in this paper.The effect of energy saving coating was discussed theoretically and practically.
