摘 要:在氮气保护下,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成了高纯度琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠(AOT)。研究了酯化温度、体系真空度和酯化料比对酯化反应的影响,在130℃、29.33kPa、n异辛醇∶n顺丁烯二酸酐=1.818∶1的条件下反应2h,所得酯化产物无色透明,酯化率可达99.6%。对双酯的磺化反应研究表明,适宜的磺化条件为130℃,nNaHSO3∶n顺丁烯二酸酐=1.10∶1,wAOT=10%,反应时间3.5h。经石油醚萃取、旋转蒸发后,所得产物为白色蜡状固体,用红外光谱对其进行了结构分析。Sodium di (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate was prepared in the condition of purging with N2 and catalyzed by paratoluene-sulfonic acid. Effects of some factors such as reaction temperature, vacuum and molar ratio of 2-ethyl hexanol vs maleic anhydride etc. on esterification were studied. When esterification reaction was continue over 2h, the results indicated that the esterification product was colorless and transparent and the esterifieation conversion was up to 99.6% at the condition of 130℃, 29.33kPa and n (2-ethyl hexanol) : n (maleic anhydride) = 1.818:1. Influencing factors of sulfonation were also investigated. Optimal processs conditions were as follow. Reaction temperature was 130℃, molar ratio of NaHSO3 vs di (2-ethylhexyl) maleate) was 1.10:1, mass fraction of AOT was 10%, and reaction time was 3.5h. The obtained product was a kind of white waxy solid extracted by petroleum ether and evaporated by means of a rotary evaporator. The structure of product was analyzed by IR.
